Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a 2nd Shift Packaging & Production Supervisor for its Jefferson, WI facility. This direct-hire role will manage daily line assignments, drive output, and mentor a diverse production workforce on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM) with occasional Saturday demand.

You will uphold GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards, lead continuous improvement projects, and coordinate material flow while building a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in production lines or packaging in a regulated environment.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF standards.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and de-escalate floor friction.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, and SQF with 100% compliance.
• Lead lean projects to eliminate bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Serve as liaison between 1st and 2nd shift for seamless communication.
• Handle labor tracking, performance reviews, and daily production metrics.
