Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF requirements.
• Strong leadership with a people-first approach and ability to de-escalate floor friction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or ERP-based scheduling and performance tracking.
• US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card) and ability to commute to Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew, managing daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation to maintain throughput targets.
• Uphold strict food safety protocols and regulatory benchmarks (GMP/HACCP/SQF).
• Lead lean improvement projects to remove line bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Serve as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift for seamless handoffs and productivity.
• Maintain labor logs, performance reviews, and daily production metric reporting.
