$65,000 – $75,000/yr + Overtime & Bonus Greater Jefferson, WI Area 2nd Shift (Mon–Fri) Direct-Hire

What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)

• Team Leadership & Motivation: Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew, managing daily line assignments and optimizing headcount for efficiency.
• Material & Resource Coordination: Coordinate raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation to streamline material flow and achieve daily throughput targets.
• Food Safety & Compliance: Uphold stringent food safety protocols and regulatory benchmarks, maintaining 100% compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and SQF guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Initiate tactical lean manufacturing projects to eliminate line bottlenecks and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Shift Handoff Management: Act as the primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift teams to ensure seamless communication and zero lost productivity.
• Shift Administration: Handle labor tracking logs, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and daily production metric reporting.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications)

• Verifiable Supervisory Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience supervising production lines, blending operations, or packaging teams in a regulated environment.
• Food Safety Fundamentals: Solid working knowledge of food safety standards, GMP compliance, and quality operations.
