Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Jefferson, WI area. You will lead an off-shift production crew, coordinate materials, ensure GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance, and drive continuous improvement with a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF food safety standards.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage shift operations.
Proficiency with Excel and scheduling in ERP systems.
Must reside within commuting distance to Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew, managing daily line assignments and optimizing headcount for efficiency.
Coordinate raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation to streamline material flow and achieve daily throughput targets.
Uphold stringent food safety protocols and regulatory benchmarks, maintaining 100% compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and SQF guidelines.
Initiate lean manufacturing projects to eliminate line bottlenecks and improve OEE.
Act as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift teams to ensure seamless communication and zero lost productivity.
Handle labor tracking logs, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and daily production metric reporting.
