Oliver Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled pressroom operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm).

You will set feeders, complete make-ready on a high-speed Komori, and maintain smooth sheet flow while partnering with the press operator to hit quality and productivity targets. You’ll work with paper, foil, and plastic substrates, troubleshoot feeder issues, keep a clean, safe press area, and follow all policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a pressroom or similar manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; works well independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute make-ready and feed sheets on a multicolor, high-speed Komori press.
• Handle a range of materials (paper, board, foil, plastic) to exacting quality standards.
• Troubleshoot feeder challenges and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe press area.
• Collaborate with the press operator to hit quality and productivity metrics.
