4over is seeking a Sperry: Press Assistant Operator (Feeder Operator) for the 2nd shift in Los Angeles, CA. The role supports the press team in setup, feeding, and monitoring print runs to ensure quality and efficiency. On-site work with training and safety protocols in place.

The ideal candidate has a year of experience with a sheet-fed press and a high school diploma or GED. Compensation ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, with full-time benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with a Sheet Fed Press Operator.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist press operators in setting up, adjusting, and maintaining presses to ensure optimal performance.
• Load and unload paper, ink, and materials, ensuring stock is aligned for printing.
• Monitor print runs for color consistency and quality; report issues to the operator.
• Assist in ink mixing and maintain ink levels for consistent color across runs.
• Identify minor press issues and help troubleshoot under supervision.
