Job summary

Convivial Brands Elc Inc. seeks a Second Pressman to support the press operation for high-quality offset print jobs. You will assist in makeready, monitor color and registration, and maintain a clean, safe press environment.

Day-to-day guidance comes from the Production Technical Manager while onboarding and escalating issues as needed. This full-time role offers opportunities to grow into an independent operator position.

Qualifications

• Experience with sheetfed offset presses is preferred.
• Ability to set up inks, water balance, and color controls.
• Strong attention to detail and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with makeready tasks including plate mounting and ink setup.
• Set up feeders, delivery, and in-line units per procedures.
• Monitor sheet quality, color, and registration during runs.
• Document job tickets, waste logs, and production records.
• Collaborate with press team and production manager on training.
