Job summary

Oliver Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled pressroom operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm).

You will set feeders, complete make-ready on a high-speed Komori, and maintain smooth sheet flow while partnering with the press operator to hit quality and productivity targets. You’ll work with paper, foil, and plastic substrates, troubleshoot feeder issues, keep a clean, safe press area, and follow all policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a pressroom or similar manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; works well independently and in teams.

• Troubleshoot feeder challenges and assist with periodic/preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe press area
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the press operator to hit quality and productivity metrics

Shift & Environment

2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm. You’ll work in a modern, clean facility with a supportive, team-focused culture.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years in a pressroom or similar manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting capability
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; works well independently and in teams
• Physical capacity to lift/move up to 50 lbs., bend, stack, and use a pallet jack
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in production
