Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a 2nd Shift Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a high-speed packaging and GMP environment in Jefferson, WI. The role offers $33.90/hr starting pay with overtime premiums, a full benefits package, and direct-hire stability.

Responsibilities include maintenance of high-speed processing equipment, troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyor upkeep, welding, and ensuring GMP compliance on packaging lines.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance in a high-speed sanitary environment preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience maintaining conveyors and power transmission components.
• Welding (MIG/TIG) and fabrication for machine repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on high-speed sanitary processing and packaging machinery.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems and rebuild components.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, drive assemblies, gearboxes, and power transmission parts.
• Execute welding and basic fabrication to repair guards and frames as needed.
• Ensure maintenance meets GMP and sanitary standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with shift operators and sanitation teams to minimize downtime.
