Job Juncture is hiring a 2nd Shift Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin for high-speed packaging in a GMP environment. This permanent, full-time W-2 role offers a competitive starting pay, overtime eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will maintain high-speed sanitary processing equipment, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and perform preventive maintenance on packaging and filling lines, with a predictable 2nd shift and long-term career stability.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance in a high-speed sanitary food manufacturing / GMP environment (preferred).
• 3+ years maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• 3+ years maintaining conveyors, drive assemblies, gearboxes, and high-speed mechanical drives.

Responsabilidades

• High-Speed Equipment Maintenance: complex mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on high-speed sanitary packaging machinery.
• Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: inspect, diagnose, and rebuild hydraulic/pneumatic circuits and components.
• Conveyor & Drive Care: maintain and repair conveyor systems, gearboxes, bearings, and power transmission components.
• Welding & Fabrication: perform TIG/MIG welding and minor fabrication for machine repair.
• GMP & Sanitary Compliance: ensure maintenance meets GMP and sanitary standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with production operators and sanitation teams to minimize downtime.
