Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a 2nd shift Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a Jefferson, WI area food manufacturer. It is a direct-hire, full-time W-2 role paying $33.90/hr with overtime and double-time premiums, focusing on high-speed packaging equipment and PMs.

You will maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems, conveyors, and perform TIG/MIG welding in a sanitary GMP setting, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in a sanitary GMP environment.
• Experience maintaining hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with conveyors and drive components.
• Welding skills (MIG/TIG) for machine repair.
• US citizenship or Green Card; reside within 45-minute radius of Jefferson, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex mechanical troubleshooting and PMs on high-speed packaging equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and power transmission components.
• Weld/fabricate metal parts as needed for machine repair.
• Ensure GMP and sanitary compliance in all maintenance work.
• Collaborate with 2nd shift production and sanitation teams to minimize downtime.
