Voltava is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the 2nd shift to ensure material availability for production and timely delivery. You will manage inventory, resolve shortages, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve material flow and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in materials management or related manufacturing, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP systems to monitor inventory and material requirements.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Experience in materials management or related manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Monitor inventory levels using ERP, 5 Alarm system, and Min/Max alerts to prevent interruptions.
• Coordinate and expedite material flow based on production and shipping requirements.
• Review schedules for shortages, overdue materials, and disruptions.
• Collaborate with customers, receiving, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Investigate variances, perform cycle counts, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate expedited material requirements (Hot Shots) and OSR analytics.
