Voltava seeks a 2nd Shift Materials Coordinator to manage materials, inventory, and flow across receiving and production. You’ll identify shortages, coordinate expedited materials, and work with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments.

The role demands strong organization, analytical thinking, and urgency in problem solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus coursework in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and deadline management.
• Experience with ERP and inventory processes in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to analyze discrepancies and drive improvements.
• Effective communication with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory using ERP, alarms and Min/Max to prevent interruptions.
• Coordinate and expedite material flow per production and shipping needs.
• Review schedules for shortages, overdue items, and disruptions.
• Partner with customers, receiving, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Investigate variances, perform cycle counts, and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate Hot Shots and other expedited material requirements.
