Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations to meet production, sequencing, delivery, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Lead production readiness and launch activities, including layout and workflow planning.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, FTTQ) and drive corrective actions to close performance gaps.
• Drive line balancing, resource optimization, and process improvements to boost productivity.
• Manage labor utilization, overtime, time/attendance, and budgets.
• Support plant projects and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
