Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage and expedite the flow of materials between departments, aligning with production schedules and priorities. You will review schedules, coordinate with leadership, and ensure accurate material tracking to avoid delays.

The role requires strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve material issues and maintain on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Review production schedules to determine material requirements.
• Experience with inventory counts and cycle counting processes.
• Ability to interact with customers and plant leadership to resolve material issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor/manage inventory levels using ERP and Min/Max alerts to prevent production interruptions.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding material issues.
• Support receiving and production to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze material variances and identify root causes with corrective actions.
• Perform inventory counts as requested by the customer.
• Suggest process improvements for better plant organization.
