Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Materials Coordinator to synchronize and expedite materials, parts, and assemblies across departments per production and shipping schedules. You will maintain records, review schedules with leadership, and determine material requirements to avoid delays.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in materials or compliance, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in materials, material follow up, analysis, and/or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor/manage inventory levels using ERP system with alerts to avoid production interruptions.
• Communicate with customers regarding material issues and support receiving/production activities.
• Analyze material variances and identify root causes; implement corrective actions with Cycle Counting.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with continuous improvement in the plant.
• Coordinate hot shots and monitor OSR to maintain on-time delivery.
