Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Materials Coordinator at our Auburn Hills, MI facility to manage material flow, coordinate with departments, and ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Experience in materials follow-up, analysis, and/or compliance.
• 3+ years of material coordination or similar role.
• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels using ERP and 5 Alarm system to prevent production interruptions.
• Communicate material issues with customers and internal teams.
• Support receiving and production to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze variances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety compliance.
