Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing maintenance teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen and World Class Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, implement solutions, and achieve operational goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to support multiple shifts and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
