Voltava is seeking a Materials Coordinator for 2nd shift to keep production running smoothly by ensuring materials, parts, and assemblies are available where needed. You will manage inventory and material flow across receiving and production, identify shortages, and partner with customers, plant leadership, and cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, with a sense of urgency and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience managing materials and inventory in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and material planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor inventory levels using ERP, 5 Alarm, and Min/Max alerts to prevent production interruptions.
• Coordinate and expedite material flow based on production and shipping requirements.
• Review schedules to identify material shortages, overdue materials, and potential disruptions.
• Partner with customers, receiving, production, and cross-functional teams to resolve material issues and ensure on-time delivery.
• Investigate inventory variances, perform cycle counts, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate Hot Shots and other expedited material requirements.
• Monitor and analyze OSR and proactively address material concerns.
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities related to material flow, plant organization, layouts, systems, and processes.
• Support plant safety policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
