Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee a maintenance team in a multi-site manufacturing environment. You will coordinate installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and safety, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and expertise in planning, Kaizen, and CMMS. Minimal travel, a focus on safety, and collaboration with production will be essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and repair processes.
• Ability to plan and manage weekly/monthly maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team to meet reliability and safety goals.
