Voltava in Detroit is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement. You will coach Team Leaders and production staff, monitor KPIs, and uphold OEE targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and discipline, manage staffing levels, and coordinate with Quality and Safety teams to meet production plans and optimize performance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting.
• Working knowledge of production KPIs, OEE, staffing management, quality systems, and safety programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily manufacturing operations on 2nd Shift ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coach Team Leaders and production staff to meet production schedules and KPI targets.
• Maintain KPI boards and ensure accurate shift handovers and Dayforce updates.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives across the shift.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation to meet production demands.
