Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead and develop Team Leaders and Team Members, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or related industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety, quality and production management principles.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Willingness to support overtime and vacation coverage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management systems.

Responsibilities
