Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC. seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift team, drive reliability initiatives, and coordinate preventive maintenance across plant equipment and utilities. You will work with engineers and production staff to implement upgrades and continuously improve processes.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, leadership experience, and proficiency with SAP and Viziya for scheduling and maintenance management.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience required; food industry experience a plus.
• Technical leadership experience is preferred.
• Certificates or training in Maintenance Management and Reliability preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of highly skilled maintenance technicians.
• Ensure planned work schedules and preventive maintenance tasks are completed using SAP and Viziya.
• Engage in root cause analysis and implement proactive solutions.
• Develop relationships with internal customers and set clear priorities.
• Identify skill gaps and mentor team members to higher levels.
• Foster innovation and problem-solving within the Maintenance Team.
• Build team chemistry and drive equipment and personnel improvements.

• Act as change agent to boost performance and results.
• Support career development and track team performance metrics.
• Deliver coaching and timekeeping with accuracy; manage parts inventory and work orders.
• Serve as point of contact for facility maintenance during shifts.
