Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Indiana facility on the 2nd shift to lead the maintenance team and oversee the installation, upkeep and repair of all machinery and building systems. You will prioritize work orders, manage preventive maintenance, coordinate contractor activities, ensure safety compliance, and drive cost-efficient improvements while supporting production goals.

• Five years in a mechanical/electrical capacity as a tradesman or related experience.
• Ability to manage maintenance schedules and coordinate workload with production.
