Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, fabricate and repair equipment, and ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery, hydraulics and electrical components.

The role emphasizes adherence to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 guidelines, leading others as needed to maintain quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include responding to production breakdowns, dismantling and assembling machines for diagnostics, and coordinating with supervisors

Qualifications

2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical hydraulic and pneumatic.
Required training: Lockout/Tag out, Forklift safety, Crane safety, Spill Response; in-house training listed is not fully inclusive of all requirements.
Knowledge of hydraulic components and systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems and facilities.
Repair and fabricate components to ensure safe, efficient operation of machinery.
Ensure compliance with Environmental Policy (ISO 14001) and Quality Policy (IATF 16949).
Provide leadership and maintain competency of personnel performing quality-impacting work through training.
Assist with production difficulties related to the Roll form process, setup and operation.
