Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead to oversee preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing equipment. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills in a fast-paced production environment.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of related experience, be capable of multi-tasking, and work overtime as needed. OSHA safety practices and the ability to read hydraulic/electrical drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of related experience in a fast-paced industrial setting; multi-skilled technician preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends; attend off-site training if offered.
• Must be self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Removes and installs machine components for safe operation.
• Troubleshoots systems to identify causes of failure and recommends repairs.
• Collaborates with Process Technicians and Operators to understand failures.
• Designs, fabricates, and welds components or fixtures as needed.
• Records malfunctions and adjustments; conducts test runs for safety and quality.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of tools, equipment, and work areas.
