Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate installation, maintenance, and repairs of facility machinery and tooling. You will lead hourly maintenance staff, ensure safety and compliance, and support production with reliable equipment and timely preventive maintenance.

You will read manuals, manage supplier contacts, and supervise contractors as needed, while maintaining housekeeping and cost-effective maintenance practices across the site.

Qualifications

• Requires a related field associate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in mechanical/electrical trades or maintenance.
• Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize work requests and ensure required materials are available.
• Monitor and follow up on work orders to meet specs and timelines.
• Manage stock of spare parts and equipment; schedule manpower and vacations.
