Job summary

Flex-N-Gate, a leading auto supplier, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance and repairs across the facility. You will supervise hourly maintenance staff, drive preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external maintenance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring equipment reliability. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a community college program in a related field.
• Five years in a mechanical/electrical capacity as a tradesman or related experience.
• Ability to lead and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Strong communication, time management and safety awareness.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign maintenance work orders and track timelines.
• Review inventory and schedule preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate contractors and external services as needed.
• Inspect facility areas for housekeeping, safety and compliance.
• Prepare manpower schedules and assist in payroll related tasks.
• Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to improvement.
• Drive and operate company vehicles when required.
• Ensure adherence to EMS and QMS policies and documentation.
