Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, fabrication, and repair of equipment and facilities.

You will work to ensure safe, efficient operation of machinery, hydraulics, and electrical systems in a fast-paced plant environment. The role requires hands-on skills in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, reading blueprints, and safe operation of lifting equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance.
• Able to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic prints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair to equipment and facilities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Lead workforce through decision-making and training.
• Maintenance leadership to address production or staffing emergencies.
• Assist with production difficulties related to roll form process.
