Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate installation, maintenance, and repairs of all machinery and equipment in the facility. The role includes managing hourly maintenance staff in a safe, efficient manner and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The candidate will schedule preventive maintenance, supervise work orders, and liaise with contractors while maintaining detailed records and inventories. On-call duties and shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Five years in a mechanical/electrical capacity as a tradesman.
• Five years related experience.
• Ability to manage maintenance schedules and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and prioritizes work requests and ensures material availability.
• Follows up on work orders to meet specifications and timelines.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and materials.
• Prepares manpower schedules and vacation plans.
• Inspects facility areas for safety and housekeeping.
• Coordinates contractor activities for projects.
• On-call 24 hours a day and weekends.
• Drive Flex-N-Gate/Ventra vehicles as required.
