Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear in Paragould, Arkansas is seeking a Machine Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. You will follow production instructions, install fixtures, and operate tools including lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNC machines to produce high-quality components.

You will inspect finished parts for tolerances, maintain safety protocols, and collaborate with teammates to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Follow production instructions from sheets, blueprints, or supervisor guidance.
• Read English instructions and complete simple logs and reports in English.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and handle heavy items.
• Learn fundamentals of machining and use measuring devices accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from process sheets, blueprints, or verbal directions.
• Set up and operate machines (lathes, mills, drills, presses, CNC) per specs.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges for tolerances.
• Maintain safety, wear PPE, and keep work area clean and organized.
