Martin Sprocket & Gear is seeking dependable Packagers to join our 2nd shift packaging team in Paragould, AR. You will follow production instructions, inspect products, and neatly package items for shipping while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Requires average math skills and ability to read/instructions in English.
• Physically able to lift, push, pull and position parts.
• Must follow scheduled hours and company policies.
• Able to stand for an entire shift in a non-climate-controlled shop.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team colleagues to optimize processes.
• Attention to detail is essential for maintaining quality.
• Dependability and consistent performance are required.
• Detail-oriented with flexibility to adapt to production demands.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from process sheets or supervisor.
• Visually inspect packaged products for conformance to specs.
• Package products and components into boxes and cartons.
• Operate boxing machines according to specifications.
• Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist in other duties as needed.
