Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. is hiring Machine Operators in Paragould, AR. You will set up and operate machines, install fixtures, and inspect parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols, accuracy, and collaboration with team members to optimize production. The position runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM in a non-climate-controlled shop, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic math and ability to read English instructions.
• Able to lift heavy items and stand for long shifts.
• Follow safety policies and timekeeping rules.
• Must work in a non-climate-controlled shop.
• Show proficiency with measuring devices and machining concepts.
• Collaborate with team to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from sheets, blueprints, or verbal directions.
• Install machine fixtures and align dies, punches, or blades.
• Set up and operate lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNC machines.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges for tolerances.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and wear PPE per protocols.
• Assist in other areas as needed to support production.
