Job summary
10 Fitness in Paragould, Arkansas is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer who will facilitate individual and group training sessions. The trainer must hold a 10 Fitness approved certification and preferably have a background in physical education or related fields. Responsibilities include coaching clients, maintaining gym cleanliness, and conducting fitness assessments. This position offers a compensation structure based on performance and client engagement, with hourly pay starting at $16.00 and session rates varying by tier of trainer certification.
Qualifications
- 10 Fitness approved personal training certification required.
- Course work in physical education, nutrition, physiology, and exercise science preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct personal training sessions with clients in one-on-one and group settings.
- Demonstrate safe use of gym equipment.
