Job summary

Collaboration with the Shift Lead and Production Manager is essential to meet production targets and minimize downtime. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong hands-on skills, and the ability to perform calculations

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints/shop drawings.
• Must read a tape measure to within 1/32".
• Ability to perform simple math including fractions.
• Abilit y to operate forklifts/overhead cranes where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and load programs for orders.
• Troubleshoot operating errors and resolve issues.
• Maintain material traceability.
• Perform lean, 5S and housekeeping.
• Setup and maintain equipment as needed.
• Communicate with Shift Lead and Production Manager.
