Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant experience or Associate Degree with 7+ years relevant experience or 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, quality systems, and safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, production documents, and technical procedures.
• Ability to analyze operational issues, prioritize work, and make sound business decisions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Plan, assign, and coordinate work to maximize use of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor production performance and adjust to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure quality standards and support corrective actions when needed.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and engagement.
• Train and onboard new employees and support ongoing development across the team.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
