Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Machine Operator to operate multiple production machines, set up tooling, monitor quality, and perform pre-operation checks. You will inspect parts to spec and adjust equipment to maintain quality standards throughout the shift.

The role requires basic manufacturing experience, adherence to 5-S practices, and collaboration with Leads and Supervisors to sustain production targets. Second shift hours apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines to ensure continuous production at a constant rate of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials throughout the entire shift.
• Perform in-process inspections of parts throughout the manufacturing run and ensure they meet visual standards of acceptance.
• Produce parts in the proper quantity as identified by the production schedule.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion.
• Follow and commit to meet KPI’s for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
• Maintain condition of work area to meet 5-S standards.
