Job summary

Beacon Hill's client in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a 2nd Shift Logistics Customer Service Specialist to support transportation operations and deliver exceptional service to customers and carriers. This contract role offers a mainly remote setup with one in-office day per month and a training period onsite for three weeks.

Responsibilities include order entry, shipment tracking, invoicing, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Beacon Hill's client is seeking a 2nd Shift Logistics Customer Service Specialist to support transportation operations and deliver exceptional service to both customers and carriers. This role plays a key part in coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire and offers a primarily remote work arrangement based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Schedule

Training Period (First 3 Weeks): Onsite in Eden Prairie, MN Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Regular Schedule: Primarily remote with one required in-office day per month. Rotating evening and weekend schedule. Shift Hours Monday-Friday: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Several schedule options are available.

What You'll Do
