About the Opportunity

Beacon Hill's client is seeking a motivated and detail-focused 3rd Shift Logistics Customer Service Specialist to support transportation operations and provide exceptional service to both customers and carrier partners. This role plays a key part in ensuring shipments move efficiently while maintaining data accuracy and resolving issues in a timely manner.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a primarily remote work environment following the initial training period.

Schedule

Training Period (First 5 Weeks)

• Onsite in Eden Prairie, MN
• Monday through Friday
• 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Regular Schedule

• Primarily remote with one in-office day per month

Hours

• Sunday: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM
• Monday - Thursday: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM
• Friday: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM
• Saturday: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
