Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Minneapolis location. This temporary contract role covers 6-12 months with on-site attendance and a competitive hourly rate of $22-$25, depending on experience.

You will review and validate customer account information across ERP systems, audit records, and communicate changes to customers by phone and email while supporting a smooth migration process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, project coordination, operations, administrative support, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with ERP systems or customer data management is a plus.

Responsibilities
