Job summary

Lignetics Inc. is seeking a Packaging / Loader Operator to support raw material handling and finished product packaging.

The role splits time between front-end loader duties and packaging/warehouse tasks, requiring comfort with heavy equipment and a focus on safety. The position offers a 2nd shift with a 4‑day work week, training on day shift, and a hourly wage with a shift differential and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of front-end loader or related experience preferred.
• Forklift experience; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfort around heavy machinery and in heights/ confined spaces.
• Ability to understand safety commands in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to support raw material intake and production needs.
• Mix and load raw materials as per specs and moisture content.
• Inspect incoming materials and report defects to leadership.
• Support packaging and warehouse operations as production demands shift.
• Complete production reports and properly tag pallets with required info.
