Job summary

Lignetics is seeking a Front End Loader Operator in Michigan to join our night shift team. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with a 4-day work week from 6pm to 6am, supporting raw material mixing, intake, and production readiness.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, loader experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, while coordinating with the plant team to ensure quality and efficiency. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Good eye, hand and foot coordination.
• Ability to concentrate and multi-task for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Mix material per specification to ensure proper blend and moisture content for upcoming days.
• Receive incoming loads of raw materials and separate by species.
• Inspect quality of raw material and notify leadership of defects.
• Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements.
• Conduct loader inspections and perform loader maintenance.
• Communicate with co-workers regarding status of workflow.
