Lignetics, INC. is seeking a Front End Loader Operator in Illinois for a full-time night shift (6pm–6am, Mon-Fri). You will handle raw materials, mix to spec, and ensure products meet moisture and blend requirements. Emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years loader experience in an industrial environment. The role includes competitive benefits and opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years loader operation experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Good eye–hand–foot coordination.
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods and multi-task.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/sit for long periods.
• Climb stairs to access loader; no fear of heights or confined spaces.
• Basic math, tool use, and mechanical aptitude for loader maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Mix material per specification to ensure production is set up for upcoming days.
• Receive loads of raw materials and separate by species.
• Inspect raw material quality and report defects.
• Load infeed bin per production schedule.
• Perform loader inspections and maintenance.
• Communicate with teammates about workflow status.
• Other duties as required.
