Lignetics is seeking a Woodyard Loader Operator for a full-time night shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00pm–6:00am) with potential OT. You will receive, inspect, mix, and load raw materials according to quality specs, ensuring proper blend, species, and moisture content for production runs.

Key duties include loading, inspecting, reporting quality issues, routine maintenance, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Requirements: HS diploma/GED, 1–2 years loader experience, basic math, mechanical aptitude,

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years loader-operating experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand tools.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong hand-eye-foot coordination and focus.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and separate incoming loads by species.
• Inspect materials to meet quality standards.
• Notify leadership of quality or material issues.
• Mix materials to achieve proper blend and moisture content.
• Load the infeed bin per production schedule.
• Complete loader inspections and basic maintenance.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report equipment concerns.
• Communicate material needs and equipment status to team.
