Inland Packaging is hiring a 2nd Shift Cutter Operator in La Crosse, WI. The role involves setting up and running a machine that cuts labels per customer specs, ensuring quality throughout the production process, and cross-training in related areas.

Starting wage is $22.00/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be motivated and able to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate label cutting machinery according to customer specs.
• Monitor quality of finished labels throughout production.
• Assist with cross-training in related production roles.
• Perform QA checks and raise concerns when needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
