Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Team Member to operate a label-cutting machine, follow customer specifications, and monitor quality throughout the production process.

The role offers $22.00/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential, with a Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm schedule. On-the-job training is provided, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
