Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Finishing Associate to operate a label-cutting machine and ensure quality throughout the production cycle. The role offers state-of-the-art equipment, comprehensive on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned manufacturing environment.

The starting wage is $22.00/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential, reflecting a standard 2nd shift schedule Monday through Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• Motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Shift differential applied.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a label-cutting machine per customer specs.
• Quality check of finished product through production process.
• Cross-train in other roles across the production environment.
• Complete quality assurance checks and raise concerns when needed.
• Solve problems that arise during production.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and company targets.
