Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is hiring a 3rd Shift Cutter Operator to join our growing team. You will set up and run label-cutting machinery, ensure product quality, cross-train in production areas, and assist with continuous improvement efforts.

The starting wage is $22.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a label-cutting machine based on customer specs.
• Ensure quality of finished labels throughout production.
• Cross-train in other production roles.
• Complete quality checks and raise concerns as needed.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
