The position offers a starting wage of $22.00/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential, with full-time hours Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Shift flexibility and willingness to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a machine that cuts labels based on customer specifications.
• Manage quality of finished product through the complete production process.
• Cross-train in other roles across the production environment.
• Complete quality assurance checks and raise concerns when needed.
• Problem-solve issues that arise and maintain production workflow.
• Work effectively as a team member to meet production and company goals.
