Job summary

Inland Packaging, a local label manufacturer in La Crosse, WI, seeks a Cutter Operator for the 1st shift. Set up and operate a label-cutting machine, ensure quality, and assist with cross-training across production. On-site role with on-the-job training and growth opportunities.

Starting wage is $22.00/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00am–2:00pm). Inland offers health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, profit-sharing, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a label-cutting machine per customer specs.
• Monitor quality of finished labels through production.
• Cross-train in other production roles.
• Complete quality checks and raise concerns as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team to meet goals.
